Accounts

The accounts of the Trust appeared to be in good order, this enables the trust to continue it role in helping the education of the young people from the community. The total available for distribution is about the same as last year. It was agreed that we try to hold a little in reserve for future years.

Grant Awards

This year 10 individual awards of £100 were agreed.

The Trust in the past has made the Primary Schools payment towards the Barchester Fund (a form of insurance towards building costs). This is no longer running however the School has to pay 10% of the cots of any building improvements (as it is a Voluntary Aided School). It was agreed that the Trust make a payment of £2000 towards the school costs of replacing the boiler)

Each of the schools was also awarded a sum of £1000 to support to the High School and Primary School to assist those pupils who cannot afford trips etc.
