ADVERTISE ON THE DEBENHAM WEB SITE
This web site is maintained and funded by Debenham Parish Council
as a community service. Small
advertising fees are charged to help
offset the cost of this
important facility.
FACTS
- The web site is visited on average by
~5,000
people per month genuinely
interested in Debenham - and growing at
around 5% month on month. Note - The web site itself gets around
60,000 hits per month but we only count 'real' visitors and exclude all the robots!
- The web site was re-launched on 1 Aug 07
with significantly more content intended to appeal primarily to
local residents but also potential residents,
tourists and researchers.
- It is updated daily
with events and community news.
OPTIONS
The number of advertising options
has been increased to encompass a wider range of
requirements. These are summarised below. In addition, you can
contact the Editor if you require something not listed - who can
then work out the details and provide a price.

Basic text only
option. Each entry can include a one line statement of the
products or services on offer and contact details including
name, address, telephone, mobile, email and web site.

SILVER |

The advert can be a
mix of text and graphics in black-and-white. Typically, this
would be a good option if you already have a magazine style
advert with your company logo and wanted to reproduce it on
the web site without any changes.

RUBY |
£35 pa |
This can contain a single web page with
any mix of text, logos, drawings,
colour photos plus all the layout and formatting options
available on
a web page. Advertisers can design their own or the
Editor will assist.

GOLD |
£50 pa |
This option enables
you to have your own mini-web site with your own domain e.g.
www.companyname.debenhamsuffolk.org.uk which you
can then use on your own promotional material. It may
include any number of web pages with any mix of text,
graphics, photos, video and/or audio and web forms.

DIAMOND |
£20 pm |
This is similar to
PLATINUM (see below) but your logo will appear at the bottom
of the Front Page - and for one month only. This is designed
for companies wanting a short term, front page exposure
without the cost of full annual sponsorship. You can buy as
many months as you wish. Start and end dates can be designed
to suit.

PLATINUM |
£300 pa |
This is the most
visible option. It puts your company logo at the top of the
web site's Front Page and is also included at the bottom of
all community based pages. This can then link to your own
advertising option (as above) or your own web site at no
extra cost. The total number of sponsors is limited to THREE
and none of these three will be in competition. There is a
limit to the size of the front page logo which is
approximately 200 x 100 pixels or pro rata for different
aspect ratios.

PAYMENT
The Parish Council
has to maintain paper records of all income sources so currently the
only payment option is by cheque. You can print out and return a
registration form.
